Welcoming a New Cohort of Women Ready to Build, Grow, and Lead

March marked a powerful new beginning for us at BBM Foundation as we officially launched the 2026 cohort of the Create & Cultivate Program — welcoming a new group of business women who are ready to take their ideas, businesses, and visions to the next level.

There is something deeply inspiring about women who choose to start again, refine, and grow intentionally. And this cohort is exactly that — women who are not just dreaming, but are ready to build with clarity, structure, and purpose.

More Than a Program — A Space for Transformation

Create & Cultivate has never been about quick wins or surface-level success. It is a space designed for real growth — the kind that challenges how you think, how you lead, and how you show up in your business. Because building a business is not just about products and services — it is about mindset, discipline, clarity, and confidence.

A New Batch of Women, A New Level of Impact

This year’s cohort brings together women from different backgrounds, industries, and stages of business — yet they are all united by one thing: the desire to grow beyond where they currently are.

And most importantly, they are learning how to build businesses that are not only profitable, but purposeful and sustainable.

Intentional Growth, Real Results

Through mentorship, practical tools, accountability, and community, these women are being equipped to not only improve their businesses — but to lead with confidence in every area of their lives.

Because when a woman grows in business, it impacts more than income — it impacts families, communities, and future generations.

Aligned with a Greater Mission

The Create & Cultivate Program plays a vital role in that mission — by equipping women with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to build businesses that create impact, opportunity, and stability. For us at GraceFilled Media, this is how transformation multiplies.
